UV Filter:
UV is ultraviolet light, used in water treatment to disinfect water. The UV rays interfere with micro-organisms ability to reproduce, essentially rendering them inert and harmless. Water that has been properly treated with UV will be free of harmful microorganisms, including E. coli, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia.
DI Filter:
An inline DI (De-Ionization) filter purifies water even further, giving you water that is 99.9% pure. While DI filtration is generally not used for drinking water applications (most people either don't like the taste or don't require the higher purity), it is available for those who want or require the ultra-purity of DI water.
pH/Mineral Filter:
An inline pH/re-mineralization filter adds beneficial minerals back into your water, and also helps to neutralize any acid that may be in the water, providing you healthier water with a balanced pH.
Designer Faucets†:
Designer Style faucets come in an array of colors to match your homes decor. All designer faucets feature a Touch-Flo handle for easy water dispensing, push the handle down to open, release and it closes, or flip it up to leave it open. Comes in Almond, Black, Brushed Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Stainless Steel, or White.
Euro-Style Faucets†:
Euro-Style faucets incorporate elegance with functionality. 1/4 turn ceramic disc handles allow them to function like a standard faucet, turn to open then turn back to close. Available in Almond, Black, Brass, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Stainless Steel, Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze, or White.
14 Gallon Tank:
If you have high water demands and need more storage capacity the 14 gallon (10 gallon capacity) tank would offer you the extra space required. Approximate dimensions: 23" long X 16" diameter
Ice Maker Kit:
The ice maker kit includes the parts necessary to connect your RO system to you refrigerator's ice maker/water dispenser. Included in the kit is a quick connect T-fitting, inline ball valve, and 25 feet of 1/4" flexible tubing

Booster Pump:
Required for homes with less than 40psi water pressure, recommended for homes with less than 50psi. Increases incoming pressure to the RO system, improving efficiency. 110v transformer included. Upgraded systems are built on specialized bracket with pump mounted directly on the system to save space. The TSO switch detects when your tank is full and shuts the pump off, preventing damage to the pump. The optional ESO switch is activated by the TSO when the tank is full, shutting off the water supply to the membrane, conserving water. The ESO replaces the standard auto shut off valve, which may not always work in conjunction with the booster pump.
Permeate Pump:
RO systems work by producing the water then storing it in a tank so you have water when you need it. The biggest disadvantage of this method is the fuller the tank gets, the stronger the pressure required to fill it, this equates to more waste water as the membrane tries to overcome the pressure in the tank. When your household water pressure is borderline (40-50psi) this problem is increased, you waste even more water, and may not be able to fill the tank to it's full capacity. The permeate pump solves this problem by using the waste water to push the product water into the tank, eliminating the back pressure on the membrane, increasing purity and decreasing waste! When used in conjunction with the optional 90% auto shut of valve, you have a system that will out perform any similar system without the pump. The 90% auto shut-off valve is recommended for use with a permeate pump. The auto shut off valve detects when the tank is full and shuts of the water supply to the membrane, conserving water. Standard auto shut off valves shut off when your tank pressure reaches around 60% of your incoming pressure. With the permeate pump you are able to use a 90% auto shut off, which fills your tank to 90% of incoming pressure. This increases the amount of water your storage tank holds, particularly in borderline (35-45psi) pressure homes. NOTE: The 90% auto shut off is designed to be used in conjunction with the permeate pump and should not be used alone.
Membrane Upgrades:
We use high quality Filmtec membranes available in different sizes. Membranes are sized according to their output in gallons per day (GPD) . We offer 35GPD, 50GPD, 75GPD, and 100GPD sizes. (100GPD membranes are Osmonic brand). These different sizes affect you as a customer primarily by dictating how quickly your storage tank will refill, the larger the membrane the quicker your tank will refill. Below is a chart with estimated fill times for a standard 4 gallon (3.2 gallon capacity) tank. If you are unsure which size to choose, 50GPD is the standard size and is a good place to start. All membranes are the same physical dimensions, so should you decide you need a larger membrane, it is just a matter of ordering one and replacing it.
